I also find i...thanks for the well researched blog. I also find i get acne breakouts when i drink milk (usually in latte) on regular basis. Not so much yogurt n cheese. I know this is an old post but its interesting that when peoplesay low carb high fat and we look at what that actually looks like with real food its really not that much more fat visually(unless you were doing low fat before). Couple of tbsp butter, some olive oil, an avocado, few nuts, some full fat yogurt plus whatever fat is in your meats and it can be achieved pretty quick. Its what we used to eat before the lowfat thing started. But when i calculate it out and say thats a 55%of calories (for my 1600 calorie day) from fat, my family freaks out saying OMG so much.
